The Ministry of Trade of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 160 / 1949 Coll., on Internal Trade:
Paragraph 1, § 3 (2) and § 5 of Decree of the Ministry of Internal Trade No 13 / 1968 Coll., declaring the rules of business, are deleted.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
