amending Decree No. 60 / 1964 Coll., on payment for use of the apartment and services associated with the use of the apartment
Pursuant to Article 144 (1) and (2) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, § 17 of Act No. 53 / 1968 Coll., on Changes in the Organisation and Scope of Certain Central Authorities, and § 2 and 24 of Act No. 2 / 1969 Coll., on the Establishment of Ministries and other Central Authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic:
The Decree of the Central Administration for the Development of the Local Economy No. 60 / 1964 Coll., on the payment for the use of the apartment and for the services associated with the use of the apartment, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 9 (3) of the last sentence reads as follows:
In the same way, the remuneration for the use of uniform agricultural cooperatives, state goods and forest plants, as well as teachers' flats in school buildings in municipalities with no more than 5000 inhabitants and not the seat of the District National Committee may be reduced.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 September 1969.
