amending and supplementing the list of occupational diseases
The State Social Security Office, in agreement with the Ministry of Health and the Central Council of Trade Unions, provides, pursuant to Article 16 (3) of Act No. 55 / 1956 Coll., on Social Security:
The list of occupational diseases set out in the Annex to Paragraph 16 (3) of Act No. 55 / 1956 Coll., on Social Security, is amended as follows:
1. The occupational disease referred to in order number 21 shall be newly classified with order number 22 of the occupational disease and the designation of the undertakings in which it arises as follows:
| „22 | Tropické choroby přenosné a parasitární | v nichž jsou zaměstnanci ve zvýšené míře vydáni těmto onemocněním při pobytu v tropech“ |
The serial numbers of the following occupational diseases are outnumbered.
(2) The designation of occupational diseases referred to after renumbering in order Nos 13, 28 and 29 shall be as follows:
"13 Diseases from halogenated hydrocarbons"
"28 Lung dusting disease containing silica (silica, silica)
a) with typical rtg characters taking into account the dynamics of the disease
(b) in conjunction with active tuberculos'
"29 Lung dusting disease (asbestosa)
(a) where typical rtg characters are detected
(b) in conjunction with lung cancer "
(3) The designation of undertakings in which an occupational disease is incurred, after renumbering in order number 37, shall be as follows:
"in which workers are issued the disease, especially in theatres, schools and professional singing bodies"
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
