GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 April 1994
declaring a binding part of the territorial plan of the large territorial unit of the Pilsen regional conurbation
The Government pursuant to Article 29 (2) of Act No. 50 / 1976 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 262 / 1992 Coll., provides:
The binding part of the urban plan for the large territorial unit of Plzeň located regional conurbation, as defined in Annex 1 to this Regulation, is listed in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
The territorial plan of the Grand Territory of the Plzeň located regional agglomeration, approved by Government Resolution No 336 / 1988 and supplemented by Government Resolution No 534 / 1991, as amended by Government Resolution No 177 / 1994, is deposited at the Regional Authorities of Plzeň-North, Plzeň-south, Rokycany, Domažlice and Tachov and at the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Binding part of the urban plan of the large territorial unit Plzeň residential regional agglomeration
1. When using the territory, protect the territory:
(a) the corridor of the D5 motorway in an area south of Pilsen in a route south of Ejpovic and Letkov with a southern circumference of Cernic, north of Pupovic, Utoušice and Šlovice, south of Lhota, north of Nové Vsi, Líňí and Hungary, south of Nýřán, Blatina, Kladrub and Benešovice,
(b) identified corridors and areas for energy lines, pipelines and transformers.
2. In addition to the D5 motorway, priority is given to developing the selected road network, which consists of roads I / 19, I / 20, I / 21, I / 26, I / 27, II / 605, II / 203 and II / 229, supplemented by road circuit II / 180.
3. Ensure territorial requirements for increasing the capacity of the railway line Plzeň - České Budějovice, including areas for reconstruction of relevant stations.
4. Protect the Zipin flood territorial tanks on the Tur River and for long-term views of the Watchtower tanks on the Bullet.
5. The main landfill of solid municipal waste for the core of the agglomeration is to be placed in the space resulting from the extraction of gravel at Chotíkov; prepare the territorial conditions for the construction of the central combustion plant in custody of the Chotíkov landfill.
6. The structures associated with the implementation of the principles set out in points 1 to 5 shall be of public benefit.
