DECLARATION
Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 2 December 1987
determining infectious human diseases within the meaning of the criminal law
The Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 195 of the Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
§ 1
The diseases listed in the Annex to this Decree shall be considered as contagious human diseases within the meaning of Sections 189 and 190 of the Criminal Act.
§ 2
The provisions of Decree of the Ministries of Health and Justice No. 46 / 1966 Coll., on measures against communicable diseases, and the entries still in force in the Annex thereto, are hereby repealed. 1)
§ 3
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
