amending and supplementing Decree No. 60 / 1981 Coll., on the economical operation of road vehicles for motor transport
The Federal Ministry of Transport shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to Article 16 (1) (b) of Decree No. 54 / 1953 Coll., on road traffic, as amended by the statutory measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No 13 / 1956 Coll.:
The Decree of the Federal Ministry of Transport No. 60 / 1981 Coll., on the economical operation of road vehicles for motor transport, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 3 of Annex 2 to Decree No 60 / 1981 Coll. reads:
"(3) The basic specific operating standard of fuel consumption in litres per 100 km for each vehicle (PNSz) shall be determined by the product of the consumption data" S 'and of the coefficient "K' according to the formula
PNSz = S × K 1 / 100 km
"K 'is the technical factor of the vehicle which expresses its design and, where applicable, the actual technical condition of the vehicle (e.g. before the general repair or the overall repair of the engine, etc.) in terms of the impact on the operating fuel consumption; the values of this coefficient shall not exceed those referred to in paragraph 4;" S' is the fuel consumption of the vehicle in litres per 100 km; the value of "S 'is

This Decree shall take effect on 1 October 1982.

22) If this value of fuel consumption is not stated in the vehicle technical licence, it shall be determined according to ČSN 30 0510 or according to the consumption of a comparable vehicle.
