amending Decree No. 209 / 1964 of the Ministry of Transport Coll., establishing the State Air Inspection and Administration of Transport Airports
The Federal Ministry of Transport, pursuant to § 4 (2) of Act No. 203 / 1964 Coll., on the modification of certain tasks of civil aviation administration and in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 67 (1) of Act No. 47 / 1956 Coll., on Civil Aviation, as amended by Act No. 127 / 1976 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Transport No 209 / 1964 Coll., on the establishment of the State Air Inspection and Administration of Transport Airports is amended as follows:
1. The heading of Part Two reads:
AIR OPERATING MANAGEMENT OF CSSR '.
2. In Section 3, the words "Transport Airport Administration 'are replaced by the words" Air Traffic Management Organisation CSSR'.
3. In Section 4, the words "Traffic Airport Administration 'are replaced by the words" Air Traffic Control of CSSR' and paragraphs (b) and (c) are deleted; paragraph (d) is renumbered (b).
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1978.
