Decree of the Minister of National Defence of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic on compensation to judges from the people of military courts

on compensation to judges of the people of military courts
Minister of National Defence of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Minister of Interior of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic and Minister of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 64 paragraph 4 of Act No. 36 / 1964 Coll., on the organisation of courts and the election of judges, as amended by Act No. 156 / 1969 Coll.:
§ 1
Judges of the people of military courts who are members of the armed forces and armed forces in active employment shall pay the expenses incurred by carrying out the judicial function or other duties associated with that function, in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Staff Regulations as compensation for the missions of the part of the armed forces and armed forces of which the judges of the people are members.
§ 2
The judges of the people of the military courts are entitled to a flat-rate compensation of 15 Ccs for each day of their proceedings, paid by the court of the military for which the judge of the people has been elected.
§ 3
The exercise of judicial functions (Sections 1 and 2) also means the participation of judges from the people in training, assets and other actions relating to the function of judges from the people of military courts and to their tasks.
§ 4
The flat-rate compensation for negotiations is the functional benefit of the payroll tax.
§ 5
(1) The right to a flat-rate compensation (Paragraph 2) must be exercised within 15 days of the judicial office being served with the military court authority for which the judge of the people has been elected.
(2) The Chief of the Military Court for which the Judge of the People has been elected shall decide on the right to flat-rate compensation.
§ 6
Paragraph 5 of the Decree of the Ministry of Justice No 64 / 1961 Coll., on compensation to judges who perform their duties in addition to their employment, ceases to be effective in the field of military justice.
§ 7
This Decree shall take effect on 1 November 1971.
