Order of the Minister of Justice
of 29 December 1953
laying down the premises and districts of the People's Courts in Galanta and Senci.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
(1) The seat of the People's Court of the District of the National Committee of the Galanta is established in Galanta.
(2) The seat of the People's Court of the District of the Senci National Committee shall be determined in Senci.
This amends the provisions of Section 2 (2) (2) (m) of the Order of the Minister of Justice No 11 / 1949 Coll., laying down the seat of the Regional Courts and the seat and districts of the District Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1954.
