amending and supplementing the Act of 18 December 1936, No. 320 Coll., amending the administrative competence of military services.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
(1) Under the Law of 18 December 1936, No. 320 Coll., on the change in the administrative competence of military services, the powers exercised by the headquarters of the Corps are transferred to the headquarters of the Regions.
(2) Where legislation acts on the administrative competence of the headquarters of the corps, the administrative competence of the headquarters of the corps is understood.
(1) This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
(2) The measures and decisions taken before the Law is effective by the commanders of the areas are seen as being made in accordance with the provisions of the Law. The law will be implemented by the Secretary of National Defence.
