on the issue of price regulations and price decisions
The Ministry of Health pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on Prices, as amended, announces that
1. On 12 May 2022, the Ministry of Health Price Code No 3 / 2022 / OLZP was approved on the price regulation of individually prepared cannabis-containing medicinal products for therapeutic use; This price regulation came into effect on 1 July 2022 and is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 31 May 2022,
2. On 30 November 2022, the Ministry of Health Price Code No 1 / 2023 / OLZP was approved on the regulation of the prices of medical devices and in vitro diagnostic medical devices; This price regulation came into effect on 1 January 2023 and is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 30 November 2022,
3. On 30 November 2022, the Ministry of Health price regulation No 2 / 2023 / OLZP was approved on the regulation of the prices of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes; This price regulation came into effect on 1 January 2023 and is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 30 November 2022,
4. On 7 December 2022 the Ministry of Health Price Code No 3 / 2023 / OLZP was approved, on the establishment of a business premium for the distribution and supply of medicinal products paid under Section 32c of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll.; this price regulation came into effect on 1 January 2023 and is published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health, amount 15 of 19 December 2022,
5. On 26 January 2023 the Ministry of Health Price Code No. 4 / 2023 / OLZP was approved, on the establishment of a business premium for the distribution and supply of medicinal products paid under Section 32c of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll.; this price regulation came into effect on 1 February 2023 and is published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health, amount 1 of 26 January 2023,
6. On 17 February 2023, the Ministry of Health Price Code No 5 / 2023 / OLZP was approved, on the establishment of a business premium for the distribution and supply of medicinal products covered by Section 32c of Act No. 48 / 1997 Coll.; this price regulation came into effect on 1 March 2023 and is published in the Journal of the Ministry of Health, amount 3 of 22 February 2023,
On 19 December 2022, Price Decision No 1 / 2023 / OLZP setting maximum prices for dental products fully covered by public health insurance was approved; This price decision came into effect on 1 January 2023 and is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin of 19 December 2022.
