DECLARATION
of 21 March 2012
amending Decree No. 221 / 2002 of the Ministry of Agriculture Coll., laying down the schedule of compensation for the costs of professional and test operations carried out under the responsibility of the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture, as amended
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to Section 11 of Act No. 147 / 2002 Coll., on the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture and on the amendment of certain related laws (Act on the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture), as amended by Act No. 317 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 441 / 2005 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture No. 221 / 2002 Coll., establishing the schedule of compensation for the costs of professional and test operations carried out under the responsibility of the Central Audit and Examination Institute of Agriculture, as amended by Decree No. 129 / 2005 Coll. and Decree No. 399 / 2008 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. The heading of Section 2 reads:
"Professional and test operations on seed and seed crops, variety registration, protection of variety rights and certification of hops'.
2. In Article 2, the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2, including footnote 6:
"(3) The amount of compensation for the costs of professional and test operations carried out by the Institute in the field of the verification of hops under the Chmele6 Act is set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
6) Article 5 of Act No. 97 / 1996 Coll., on the Protection of Hops, as amended by Act No. 68 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 322 / 2004 Coll. '.
Paragraph 3 shall become paragraph 4.
3. In Article 2 (4), "and 2 'is replaced by" to 3';
4. In Annex 2, Part 5 is added after Part 4, including the title:
"5. Amount of compensation for professional and test operations carried out in the verification of hops

Transitional provision
The amount of compensation for professional and test operations carried out in the verification of hops for applications for the verification of hops and hop products submitted until 31 March 2012 shall be determined in accordance with existing legislation.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 2012.
