The Ministry of Health, pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of Act No. 526 / 1990 Coll., on prices, as amended, announces that on 20 March 2009 it issued a price regulation 2 / 2009 / FAR on price regulation of medicinal products and foodstuffs for special medical purposes. The price regulation is published in the Ministry of Health Bulletin No. 2 / 2009 of 31 March 2009 and became effective on 1 April 2009.
