amending Act No. 72 / 1994 Coll., adjusting certain joint ownership relations to buildings and certain ownership relations to flats and non-residential premises and supplementing certain laws (Housing Property Act), as amended, Act No. 344 / 1992 Coll., on the Real Estate Register of the Czech Republic (Catastral Act), as amended by Act No. 89 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 586 / 1992 Coll., on Income Taxes, as amended, Act No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on Real Estate Tax, as amended, Act No. 40 / 1964 Coll., Civil Code, as amended, and Act No. 357 / 1992 Coll.

In Act No. 549 / 1991 Coll., on Judicial Charges, as amended by Act No. 271 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 273 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 36 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 118 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 151 / 1997 Coll., Act No. 209 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 227 / 1997 Coll., in Section 11 (2) (m), the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (n) is added:
"(n) the community of unit owners (3a) in proceedings for an application to register.
3a) Act No. 72 / 1994 Coll., which regulates certain joint ownership relations with buildings and certain ownership relations with apartments and non-residential premises and complements certain laws (the Housing Act), as amended. "
