on the external designation of the members of the racing guard.
The Minister of National Security orders according to § 15 (3) of Act No. 286 / 1948 Coll., on National Security:
(1) In the performance of their duties, citizens who have been called to service as members of a racing guard are marked with a red tape of 10 cm wide, on which the letters of the RoW 60 mm and 15 mm wide are printed in yellow and on which the stamp of the relevant regional public security administration is stamped round.
(2) The tape is worn on the left back-up.
This Regulation shall take effect on 15 December 1952.
