declaring the trade of a technical glass blower to be a craft.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The livelihood of a technical glass blower is claimed to be a craft with the restrictions set out in Section 1, Section 5 of the Trade Code (Trade Code).
The licence for the craft trade otherwise prescribed (Section 14 of the Trade Code, Section 15 of the Trade Code) is exempt who before the application of this Act
(a) the trade of a technical glass blower operates separately; or
(b) has been employed for at least five years in the trade of a technical glass blower by professional work; or
(c) he has been employed in the manner referred to in (b) at all and has completed the total five-year period of employment in that employment under this law.
Unless otherwise provided for in this law, the provisions of the Trade Code (Trade Code) shall remain unaffected.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; to be carried out by the Minister for Industry.
