amending Decree No. 101 / 2022 Coll., on an epidemiological vigilance system for COVID-19
According to Article 108 (1) of the Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 274 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 274 / 2003 Coll., Act No. 392 / 2005 Coll., Act No. 222 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 267 / 2015 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of Sections 62 (1) and (3) (b) and § 75a (1) and (4) of the Act:
In Article 5 (5) of Annex No 1 to Decree No 101 / 2022 Coll., on an epidemiological vigilance system for COVID-19 disease, the words "when taking into account the outcome of the assessment of health risks necessary to ensure the protection of public health 'shall be inserted after the words" for the period necessary to prevent the spread of the infection'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on the day following that of its publication.
