GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 February 2021
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution No. 196 of 26 February 2021 by which the Government, in accordance with Article 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e) and Section 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on the grounds of health threats in connection with the detection of coronavirus / known as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic, and on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for dealing with the crisis situation arising, the adoption of emergency measures, by virtue § 5 (c) to (e) and § 6 (1) (b) respectively.
Government
order, with effect from 27 February 2021, from 00: 00 to 28 March 2021 to 23: 59, all social service providers providing social services pursuant to § 49 and 50 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, (home for seniors, home with a special regime), that the following conditions be fulfilled in the case of non-premises or premises where the social service is provided, for the duration of the emergency condition:
1. the walk will be allowed on condition that the user is placed in separate premises immediately upon return and within 72 hours of the end of the walk the first antigenic POC test will be carried out which will be repeated for another 3 to 4 days; placing in separate spaces will be terminated in the event of negative results of both tests;
2. the user of social services uses respiratory protective devices (nose, mouth), which is a respirator or similar device (always without an exhalation valve), fulfilling at least all technical conditions and requirements (for the product), including filtration efficiency of at least 94% according to the relevant standards (e.g. FFP2, KN95), medical facial mask or similar device fulfilling at least all technical conditions and requirements (for the product) of ČSN EN 14683 + AC, which prevent the spread of droplets.
