imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs announces that the following higher-level collective agreements were deposited with it during the period January - February 2016:
1. Appendix 1 to the Collective Level Agreement 2015 - 2016, concluded on 11 January 2016 between the Contracting Parties
Union of glass, ceramics and porcelain
and
Association of Glass and Ceramic Industry of the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree for 2016, concluded on 22 December 2015 between the Contracting Parties
ECHO
and
Association of Chemical Industry of the Czech Republic.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2016, concluded on 20 January 2016 between the Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of employers of woodworking industry in the Czech Republic.
4. Collective contract of higher degree for 2016, concluded on 25 January 2016 between the Contracting Parties
KOVO Trade Union
and
Association of Air Manufacturers of the Czech Republic.
5. Appendix 5 to the Collective Higher Level Contract, concluded on 17 February 2016 between the Contracting Parties
Union of money and insurance workers
and
A union of banks and insurance companies.
