Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No. 102 / 2007 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., announces that the collective agreement of a higher degree for the textile, clothing and leather industries (of 16.1.2007 for the period from 1.1.2007 to 31.12.2008 - General part and from 1.1.2007 to 31.12.2007 - Special part) concluded between the Association of Textile and Clothing-leather industries (of 16.1.2007 on the part of the Sectoral Union of Workers of the Textile, Clothing and Leather Industry of the Czech and Moravia on the other side is binding from the first day following the publication of this communication and for other employers with a dominant activity in the sector identified by the Ostrum classification of economic activities 17, 18, 19.
