on the method of calculating the cost of the professional forestry operator's activity in cases where its activity is borne by the State
According to § 37 (8) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests and on the amendment and amendment of certain laws (Forest Act), the Ministry of Agriculture provides:
Method of calculation of costs
(1) The amount of the cost of the professional forestry operator's activities is calculated at the quarterly fixed rate for each and every hectare of forest land for each forest owner. When the area of forest land of one forest owner up to three hectares is CZK 54, when the area of forest land of one forest owner exceeds three hectares, the quarterly rate is CZK 43. The total quarterly costs are the sum of the costs per owner.
(2) Where a natural or legal person carries out the activities of an expert forest operator for more than 50 forest owners, the public forest authority may increase the quarterly fixed rate referred to in paragraph 1 to CZK 75 for one ha of the total area of forest land. The total quarterly costs are then the product of the increased fixed rate and the total area of forest land of all owners, rounded up to the whole hectares.
(3) For the purposes of calculating the costs of the activities of a forest operator, one owner of the forest shall be considered to be more than one entity which has the same forest land co-owned.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
