repealing Act No 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products, as amended, and Act No 67 / 1962 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products from Small Users of Agricultural Land and Cow Breeders
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has acted in accordance with Article 58 (3) of Constitutional Law No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
They shall be deleted:
1. Act No. 51 / 1959 Coll., on the Purchase of Agricultural Products, as amended;
2. Act No. 67 / 1962 Coll., on the purchase of agricultural products from small users of agricultural land and cows.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
