GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 15 September 1961
on the adaptation of the competences of national committees under the rules on the exploitation of mineral assets
The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders pursuant to § 45 paragraph 1 of Act No. 65 / 1960 Coll., on National Committees:
The tasks belonging to the legislation on the exploitation of mineral resources by the Regional National Committees *) shall be transferred to the Regional National Committees where the necessary conditions are established to fulfil these tasks. This is decided by the Regional National Committee if such assumptions are made with the District National Committee; before the decision calls for the expression of the Circular Mining Office.
The Regional National Committees shall perform the tasks of the Central Economic Authority in accordance with the regulations on the exploitation of mineral resources by mining undertakings managed by the National Committees. * *)
It shall remain without prejudice to the competence of the Regional National Committees to supervise the geological service on deposits occupied by the organisations of the National Committees, to evaluate these deposits and to properly manage bearing materials.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
