on the exemption of interest on savings deposits from public income tax.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, pursuant to § 21 of Act No. 84 / 1952 Coll., on the Organisation of Money:
Interest on savings deposits on deposit books (deposit notes) is exempt, starting on 1 January 1953, from the public income tax. Such interest should not be included in the VAT return.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; to be carried out by the Minister for Finance.
