of 30 April 1948
on the delegation of the prerogative of the PrahaCirce.
According to Article 15 (1) (a) of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 27 October 1945, No. 128 Coll., on the provisional territorial organisation of certain financial offices and the changes related thereto in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, I provide:
The scope of the Praha- circuit tax office is transferred to the Praha- centre, whose name is changed to the "Prague tax office."
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 1948.
