GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 5 April 2023
amending Government Regulation No 453 / 2009 Coll., establishing for the purposes of the Criminal Code what is considered to be contagious human diseases, contagious animal diseases, contagious plant diseases and pests of productive plants, as amended by Government Regulation No 75 / 2020 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 154 of Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., Criminal Code:
In Annex 1 to Government Regulation No 453 / 2009 Coll., as amended by Government Regulation No 75 / 2020 Coll., the words "COVID-19 'are deleted.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
