GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 April 2019
amending Government Regulation No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing the list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended by Government Regulation No. 428 / 2016 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to § 70b (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 332 / 2014 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 68 / 2015 Coll., establishing the list of special expertise and activities necessary for the performance of the tasks of the Armed Forces and Military Police and the amount of the stabilisation allowance, as amended by Government Regulation No. 428 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 2 (r):
"(r) activities
1. a member of the Military Police in the processing of expert opinions under the Law on Experts and Interpreters; or
2. in the security and defence of the Prague Castle and other buildings which are the temporary residence of the President of the Republic and its guests, "
2. In Article 2 (u), the words "the security and defence of the Prague Castle area and other objects which are the temporary residence of the President of the Republic and its guests, or at the time 'are deleted.
3. In Article 2 (z) (1), the word "or 'is deleted.
4. In Article 2 (z), at the end of point 2, the dot is replaced by "or 'and the following point 3 is added:
'3. Paratroop and survey units intended to be planted in the rear of the enemy by parachute, including activities ensuring their comprehensive preparation and training. ';
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the 15th day following its publication.
