DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended
According to Section 119 (6) of Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides:
Decree No. 518 / 2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435 / 2004 Coll., on Employment, as amended by Decree No. 507 / 2005 Coll., Decree No. 452 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 390 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 340 / 2014 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 27, including the title, reads:
Contribution at time of partial unemployment
The contribution shall be granted on a monthly basis at the time of partial unemployment and shall be payable within 30 calendar days of the submission of the bill of compensation paid to the staff member. ';
2. In the second sentence of Paragraph 31, the text "27 'is inserted after the number" 26'.
3. Part eight, including the title, is deleted.
4. The annex to the Order shall be deleted, including the title.
This decree shall take effect on the 15th day following its publication.
