of 17 March 2010
amending Act No. 227 / 2000 Coll., on electronic signature and amending certain other laws (Act on electronic signature), as amended, and Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Law on basic registers, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the law amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the basic register law
Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., amending certain laws in connection with the adoption of the Law on Basic Registers, as amended by Act No. 291 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 306 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in point 2 of Article LXXXII, "1 July 2011 'is replaced by" 1 January 2013';
2. in point 3 of Article LXXXII, "14 June 2010 'is replaced by" 14 December 2011' and "31 May 2010 'is replaced by" 30 November 2011';
3. in point 4 of Article LXXXII, "15 June 2010 until 30 June 2010 'is replaced by" 15 December 2011 until 31 December 2011';
4. in point 5 of Article LXXXII, "1 July 2010 'is replaced by" 1 January 2012';
5. In Article CCIII, the words "Articles LXXXI and LXXXII (1), (2) and (5), which take effect on 1 January 2012 'shall be inserted after the words" 1 January 2012' and the words "31 May 2010 'shall be replaced by" 30 November 2011'.
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
