THE LAW
of 10 February 2004
amending Act No. 245 / 2000 Coll., on public holidays, on other holidays, on significant days and on working days
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 245 / 2000 Coll., on public holidays, on other holidays, on significant days and on working days, is amended as follows:
1. In Section 1, the words "8 May - Liberation Day 'are replaced by the words" 8 May - Victory Day'.
2. Paragraph 4 (1) reads as follows:
"(1) The important days of the Czech Republic are 27th January - Holocaust Memorial Day and Prevention of Crimes Against Humanity, 8th March - International Women's Day, 12th March - Day of access of the Czech Republic to the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO), 5th May - May, May, 27th June - Day of remembrance of victims of the Communist regime and 11th November - Day of war veterans (hereinafter referred to as" the important day ")."
Efficacy
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
