DECLARATION
Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic
of 11 November 1985
on the identification of selected forest products and organisations authorised to purchase them
The Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the participating ministries, provides, pursuant to § 391 paragraph 4 of the Economic Code No. 109 / 1964 Coll. (in full version published under No. 45 / 1983 Coll.):
Designation of selected forest products
(1) The selected forest products are:
(a) cuts of grade I to IV of coniferous and leafy quality, wood V and VI of coniferous and leafy quality, discarding round coniferous and leafy, rough strains of coniferous and leafy and forest grafting,
(b) Christmas trees;
(c) cones, fruits and seeds of forest trees;
(d) seeds, seedlings and wood cuttings.
(2) The former of selected trees growing outside the forest are the assortment of timber referred to in paragraph 1 (a) which the manager, owner or user of trees offers to a designated organisation for purchase (hereinafter referred to as "timber from trees growing outside the forest ').
(3) Other forest products are in particular:
(a) bark,
(b) curse,
(c) resins and sap,
(d) birch and willow rods, rods and sticks;
(e) the calf,
(f) upholstery grass;
(g) mistletoe.
Organisation authorised to purchase selected forest products
Selected forest products can only be purchased by designated organisations:
(a) state organisations of forestry managed by the Ministry of Forestry and Water of the Czech Socialist Republic, namely:
Central Bohemian State Forests Benesov,
South Czech State Forests České Budějovice,
West Bohemian State Forests Pilsen,
North Bohemian State Forests Teplice,
East Bohemian State Forests Hradec Kralove,
South Moravian State Forest Brno,
North Moravian State Forest Krnov,
Research Institute of Forestry and Hunting
in the districts of their forestry operators and in the districts of forestry operators in which they conduct professional forest management; 1)
(b) state-owned forest management organisations managed by the Federal Ministry of National Defence, namely:
Military forests and goods n.
Military forests and goods n.
Military forests and goods n.
Military forests and goods n. Velichov near Karlovy Vary,
Military forests and goods n.
Military forests n. Plumlov,
Military forests and goods n. Lipnik nad Bečvou
in the districts of their forestry operators;
(c) organisations entrusted by the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic (1) with the performance of professional forest management, namely:
University of Agricultural Suchdol - School Forest Company Kostelec nad Černých Forests,
University of Agriculture Brno - School Forest Company Křtiny,
Sets, forests and horticulture, business in Prague,
Technical and garden management of Brno
in the districts of their forestry operators;
(d) organisation where the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic has reserved the performance of professional forest management (1)
Office of the President of the Republic - Lána Forest Administration
within the perimeter of its forestry units only wood from trees growing outside the forest;
(e) organisations to which the Ministry of Forestry and Water Management of the Czech Socialist Republic has limited the performance of the professional management of forests, namely:
High Forest School Sand,
High Forest School Boundary,
Trutnov Forest School,
Technical services of Karlovy Vary,
Technical services of the city of Mariánska Lazne,
Brown coal mines and briquettes - K. Farmhouses and forests Sokolov,
State farm in Sokolov,
Armory Vsetín n.
only wood from trees grown outside the forest in the districts of its forestry plant;
(f) State organisations governed by the Ministry of Industry of the Czech Socialist Republic:
Central Bohemian timber plants n. Praha,
East Bohemian timber plants n. Trutnov,
Jihomoravské zeměřských konstav n. p. Brno,
Solo n.
Plywood and veneer races N. Hodonin,
UP races n. Bučovice,
Czechoslovak musical instruments o. p. Hradec Kralove o. z. Piana Chlumec nad Cidlinou and Cremona Luby u Cheb,
Koh-i-noor Hardtmuth o. p. České Budějovice race Kardashova Greece,
Sport n. Praha - races Strážnice and Horadějovice,

only for wood of trees grown outside the forest;
(g) cooperative organisations managed by the Czech Union of Production Cooperatives, namely:
Woodworking cooperative Lukavec u Pacova,
Woodwork, production team of carpenters and upholstery Krnov,
Construction, team of table and upholstery Kromeriz
only for wood of trees grown outside the forest
Organisations authorised to supply selected forest products
Selected forest products deliver to customers
(a) the designated organisations referred to in Article 2 (a), (b), (d) and (f);
(b) organisations entrusted or limited to the performance of forest management (Sections 2 (c) and 2 (e)), in agreement with the designated organisation;
(c) other socialist organisations using forests, in agreement with the designated organisation.
Organisation authorised for the processing of cones and fruits of forest trees, storage and delivery of seeds of forest trees
The cones and fruits of forest trees buy and process, the seeds of forest trees store and supply the East Bohemian state forests of Hradec Králové.
The Ministry of Forestry and Water of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the participating ministries, may, in justified cases for a transitional period, reassign certain other forest products to selected forest products and, conversely, issue authorisations pursuant to § 2 or 4 of the Ordinance.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1986.
