amending Decree No 57 / 1979 Coll., on compensation for the use of road motor vehicles on business trips
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 43 (1) of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the competence of federal ministries, in an agreement with the central authorities involved:
Annexes 1 and 2 to Decree No 57 / 1979 Coll., on compensation for the use of road motor vehicles on business trips, are replaced by the text set out in Annexes 1 and 2 thereto.
The rates of refund provided for in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree shall apply to road motor vehicles on business trips starting on 21 July 1979.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
