amending and supplementing Decree No. 78 / 1962 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on hop production areas, hop positions, compulsory marking of hops and the registration of hops
The Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, in agreement with the participating central authorities and bodies, provides, pursuant to § 1 (3) and § 9 of Act No. 39 / 1957 Coll., on hop production areas, hop positions, compulsory marking of hops and on the register of hops, as amended by statutory measure No. 77 / 1962 Coll. and § 3 of Legislative measure No. 13 / 1967 Coll.:
Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture No. 78 / 1962 Coll., implementing certain provisions of the Law on hop production areas, hop positions, compulsory marking of hops and register of hops, is amended as follows:
Paragraph 4 reads as follows:
"The following municipalities belong to the hop production area of Piestansko-Topoľčansko ':

Kreis Topoľčany:
Combat, Borčany, Hajná Nová Ves, Horny Obdokovice, Horny Štitáre, Chrabrany, Jacovce, Genova Ves, Klátová Nové Ves, Krtovce, Kuzmice, Livina Abbětovce, Ludanice, Lužany, Small Ripňany, Obsolovka, Podlužany, Radošiná, Tovarniky, Určina, Velké Dvorany, Velké Ripňany
Kreis Trenčín:
