on transitional arrangements for the limitation of certain claims on money.
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
§ 1.
(1) Cash claims arising from civil law regimes for which a limitation period of at least three years takes place on the date on which this law takes effect shall not be barred before the end of 1955.
(2) Cash claims arising from civil law regimes for which a limitation period of at least three years expired between 1 January 1949 and the date on which the law takes effect may be applied until the end of 1955, unless a final decision is no longer prevented.
§ 2.
Paragraph 1 cannot be used for claims to meet personal needs under the law, for claims from the employment ratio, for claims from exchange rates and for claims from legal relationships governed by Act No. 99 / 1950 Coll., on Economic Contracts and State Arbitration, and the regulations issued under it.
