adjusting the conditions for the duration of entitlements to certain pension schemes.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 6 paragraph 3 of Act No. 102 / 1951 Coll., on the Rebuilding of National Insurance:
§ 1.
(1) A further duration of pension rights for persons under 60 years of age who, before 1 January 1953, were beneficiaries of retirement benefits from a state pension scheme and became pensioners of national insurance scheme shall be assessed in accordance with national insurance rules only.
(2) The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to pensions and allowances for pension improvements of any kind, including pensions and additional social security premiums, individual supplementary insurance contributions to which the employer contributed and service contracts.
§ 2.
The provisions and provisions of contracts with employers governing pension rights covered by this Regulation shall be repealed if they contravene this Regulation.
§ 3.
Measures taken in conformity with the provisions of this Regulation before its effect shall be considered as measures under this Regulation.
§ 4.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; they shall be carried out by the Chairman of the State Pension Insurance Commission.
