Decree of the Minister of Finance
of 6 December 1951
on the withdrawal of certain small coins.
The Minister of Finance provides, pursuant to Article 3 of Act No. 39 / 1948 Coll., on the tender of the Czechoslovak currency:
Coins of 1 ccs of zinc and 10 h of zinc issued by 1945, as well as copper coins of 10 h issued by 1945 in Slovakia, shall cease to be legal tender on 31 December 1951.
From 1 January 1952 to 31 January 1952, the State Bank of Czechoslovakia and the postal authorities will exchange the coins referred to in § 1 with their cash registers. After 31 January 1952, any exchange of these coins is excluded.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
