Order of the Minister for Transport
of 25 March 1949
on the transfer of the concession for a small route Vítkovice-Zábřeh.
Under Articles 10, 2 and 22 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as the Railway Administration, carried over under Section 22 of the Railway Act the concession for the Small Railway Vítkovice-Zábřeh, the text of which was published by the concession letter of 3 December 1912, No 218, with effect from 1 January 1946 to the remainder of the concession period at the Vítkovická Ironworks Klementa Gottwalda, the national company in Ostrava.
