THE LAW
of 17 March 2010
amending Act No. 111 / 2009 Coll., on basic registers
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 111 / 2009 Coll., on Basic Registers, is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 64 (1), 65 (3) and (4) and 66 (3), "12 months" is replaced by "2 years."
2. in Articles 66 (2) and 68 (2) (a), "3" is replaced by "15."
3. In Paragraph 67, the words "within 12 months' are replaced by the words" not later than 2 years'.
4. In Article 68 (1) and (2), the word "at the latest 'shall be added at the end of the introductory text of the provision.
5. in Paragraph 68 (1) (a), "2" is replaced by "14."
6. In Paragraph 68 (1) (b), "4 'is replaced by" 16'.
7. In Paragraph 68 (2) (b), "6 'is replaced by" 18'.
8. In Paragraph 69, the current text becomes paragraph 1 and the following paragraph 2 is added:
"(2) The Government shall, by regulation, establish the timetable and technical arrangements for implementing the measures provided for in paragraphs 64 to 68."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
