DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 14 December 1972
on the increase of child and educational allowances granted to individual farmers and other self-employed persons
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, in an agreement with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, with the Central Council of Trade Unions and other participating central bodies pursuant to Section 145 of Act No. 103 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security for Cooperative Farmers, as amended by Act No. 89 / 1968 Coll. ("the Act '):
Decree of the State Social Security Office No. 105 / 1964 Coll., on the pension insurance of individual farmers and other persons self-employed and on the provision of a provision to members of their families, as amended by Regulations No. 93 / 1968 Coll., No. 181 / 1968 Coll., No. 77 / 1970 Coll. and No. 109 / 1971 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 13 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The tuition fee shall be:

and increases per child by 240 ccs a month. "
Article 23b (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The allowance for children shall be:
| na jedno dítě | 90 Kčs |
| na dvě děti | 430 Kčs |
| na tři děti | 880 Kčs |
| na čtyři děti | 1280 Kčs |
and they increase each child by 240 ccs a month. "
3. In Article 13 (3), the education allowance and in Article 23b (3), the child allowance shall be increased from 150 CZK to 300 CZK per month.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1973.
