DECLARATION
Central management of the purchase of agricultural products
of 6 October 1965
on the abolition of the compulsory sale of lard
The central management of the purchase of agricultural products shall, in agreement with the participating central authorities, provide, pursuant to Article 6, for the legal measure of the Bureau of the National Assembly No 40 / 1962 Coll., on the establishment of the Central Administration of the Purchase of Agricultural Products:
The compulsory sale of pig fat from domestic slaughter shall be cancelled.
The provisions of Section 7, as well as the provisions of Section 10 of the Order of the Central Administration of the Purchase of Agricultural Products No 48 / 1963 Coll., concerning domestic slaughter of pigs, compulsory sale of lard and the purchase of rind from such slaughterings, shall be deleted if they provide for compulsory disposal of lard.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
