of 9 December 1952
adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 292 / 1948 Coll., on Customs Tariff Adjustment during the transitional period:
§ 1.
The tariff schedule shall be amended as follows:
1. Plant number 175:
„175. Surový minerální olej (ropa) beze cla“.

§ 2.
Paragraph 2 of Decree-Law No 97 / 1951 Coll., adjusting the general customs duties on imports of goods, applies also to the period from 1 January 1953 to 30 June 1953.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1953; to be carried out by the Foreign Trade Minister in agreement with participating members of the Government.
