on the transfer of the concession for the side (local) track Mariánské HoryBrušnik.
Under Articles 10, 2 and 22 of the Act of 20 May 1937, No 86 Coll., on Railways (Railway Act), I declare:
The Ministry of Transport, as the Railway Administration, transferred under § 22 of the Railway Act the concession for the secondary (local) railway line Mariánské Hory-Brušimík, the text of which was published by the concession letter of 5 May 1914, No 104 of., as amended by the Decree of the Ministry of Railways of 2 May 1929, No 71 Coll., with effect from 1 January 1946 to the rest of the concession period at the Vítkovická železárny Klement Gottwalda, the national enterprise in Ostrava.
