establishing educational faculties.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
(1) In all universities in the Czech and Slovak countries, teaching faculties are established (§ 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of 27 October 1945, No. 132 Coll., on the education of the teacher).
(2) Their task is to cultivate teaching sciences and educate candidates in these sciences by teaching schools of all grades and species, except universities. The pedagogical faculties provide their listeners with an education in other fields, as defined by the Minister of Education and Education, in Slovakia in agreement with the teaching and teaching skills.
(3) At the time of their opening, the Minister for Education and Education, in Slovakia, will determine in agreement with the teaching and education service provider.
The Government is hereby authorised to establish branches of teaching faculties outside the headquarters of universities.
(1) The Statute of the Faculty of Education and their branches shall be issued by the Government by decree. The Statute will conserve the basic rules of organisation and will be uniform for the whole state.
(2) The Minister of Education and Education will issue the study and examination schedules in Slovakia in agreement with the school and curriculum teachers. These rules will also be uniform for the whole state.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
