Communication from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs No 10 / 2007 Coll.

The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs pursuant to Section 7 of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended by the Constitutional Court found under No. 199 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 255 / 2005 Coll., states that the collective agreement of the higher degree of 25 / 4.2006, as amended by Appendix 1 of 20.10.2006 (with effect from 1 May 2006 to 31 March 2007) concluded between the Association of Employers of the Woodworking Industry on the one hand, and the Union of Workers of the Wood Industry, Forestry and Water in the Czech Republic on the other, with effect from the first day following the publication of this Communication, is binding on other employers with a dominant activity in the sector designated by the Sectoral Classification of Economic Activities Code 36.11.00.
