establishing a list of hazardous chemicals which may present a serious risk to human health and the environment
The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 9 (1) of Act No. 157 / 1998 Coll., on Chemicals and Chemical Products and amending certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 352 / 1999 Coll.:
§ 1
Annex No 1 to this Decree sets out a list of hazardous chemicals which may pose a serious risk to human health and the environment.
§ 2
Annex No 2 to this Decree sets out a list of hazardous chemicals arising from the treatment of coal which may pose a serious risk to human health and the environment.
§ 3
Annex 3 to this Decree sets out a list of hazardous chemicals arising from the processing of oil which may pose a serious risk to human health and the environment.
§ 4
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
