supplementing Communication No 105 / 1993 Coll. on the Treaty on Patent Cooperation and the Implementing Regulation on it and giving notice to the Commission on communications No 296 / 1991 Coll., No 529 / 1992 Coll., No 105 / 1993 Coll. and No 26 / 1994 Coll.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announces that on 1 January 1994, when the Patent Cooperation Treaty entered into force for the People's Republic of China, amendments to Rules No 10, 11 and 48 of the Implementing Regulation to the Patent Cooperation Treaty, adopted by the Decision of the International Union for Patent Cooperation Assembly of 29 September 1992, entered into force.
At the same time, it announces the corrigendum of Communication No. 296 / 1991 Coll. to the Treaty on Patent Cooperation and the Implementing Regulation thereto, including additional communications No. 529 / 1992 Coll., No. 105 / 1993 Coll. and No. 26 / 1994 Coll., in which it should be rightly stated that the Patent Cooperation Treaty and the Implementing Regulation were adopted in Washington "on 19 June 1970 'instead of" 17 June 1970'.
