amending and supplementing the Act of the Czech National Council No. 129 / 1975 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Socialist Republic in Social Security
The Bureau of the Czech National Council has acted pursuant to Article 121 (3) of Constitutional Act No. 143 / 1968 Coll., on the Czechoslovak Federation, on the following legal measure:
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 129 / 1975 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the authorities of the Czech Socialist Republic in social security, as amended by the legal measure of the Bureau of the Czech National Council No. 78 / 1979 Coll., is amended as follows:
1.
"(b) proposes to the Office of Pension Security in Prague the calculation of periods of employment in disputed cases."
Article 25 (a) (2) reads as follows:
'2. providing a one-off cash contribution, with the exception of a contribution to the provision of special equipment, a contribution to the purchase and operation of a motor vehicle and a contribution to the modification of a motor vehicle to manual control, ';

"2. the provision of recurring allowances, in particular for diet meals, security allowances for special aids, the allowance for the adaptation of a motor vehicle to manual control in cases of severe damage to the limbs and the purchase and operation of a motor vehicle in cases of severe defect in the carrier or movement system;"
This legal measure shall take effect on 1 February 1982.
