Council of the West Bohemian Regional National Committee in Pilsen

entrusted to selected national committees of lower levels of performance of the water management agenda
The Council of the West Bohemian Regional National Committee in Pilsen mandates pursuant to § 3 (2) of Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy:
1. The performance of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a) to (f) of Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, by the following National Committees:
in Cheb district
city national committees Aš, Františkova Lazne, Cheb, Mariánské Lazne;
in Karlovy Vary
city national committees Jáchymov, Karlovy Vary, Neddek, Island, Toužim;
in Klatovy district
the municipal national committees of Horažnovice, Klatovy and Susice;
in the district of Pilsen-North
city national committees Kaznejov, Kralovice, Nýřany, Trimošná;
in the district of Pilsen-town
District National Committees of Pilsen 1, 2, 3, 4.
2. The performance of the water management agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c) to (f) of Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State administration in water management, the following national committees:
in the district of Plzeň-south
City National Committees of Blovice, Dobřany, Nepomuk, Preštice, Old Plzenec, Stod;
local national committees of Chotosoov, Kasosovice, Merklín, Nezestry, Burnt Poříčí, Puppies.
3. The performance of the Water Management Agenda within the scope of § 3 (2) (a), (c) and (d) and (e) only for the construction of individual residential buildings and small buildings, Act No. 130 / 1974 Coll., on State Administration in the Water Economy, the following national committees:
in the Kreis Domažlice
city national committees Belá nad Radbuzou, Domažlice, Holýšov, Horšovský Týn, Dyna, Staňkov;
local national committees of Babylon, Gemini, Bukovec, Černá, Černíkov, Česká Kubice, Parts, Draženov, Pigoubeč, Horní Kamenice, Hospoděch, Chocomyl, Chodův, Klenčí pod Čerchov, Kolovich, Koutět na Šumava, Køínov, Kvíčovice, Loučim, Hunting, Meclov, Mezholezy, Milávče, Miřkov, Munich, Mřákov, Nemanice, Nové Kramolín, Osvrachin, Púlovice, Počínovice, Postěkov, Puclice, Rybník, Sřemívice, Serb, Sřeby, Sřeby, Umámáčov, Úče, Úče, Úče, Úče úče úče, Úče, Újez, Více, Více,
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1976.
