designating the local national committee of the construction office
The Council of the District National Committee of Bratislava-rural areas determines in accordance with § 9 (2) (a) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations, in conjunction with Article 6 of the Slovak National Council Act No. 72 / 1969 Coll., on certain measures in the organisation and competence of national committees in the Slovak Socialist Republic, the Construction Office.
Local National Committee based in Stupava.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
