DECLARATION
Minister for Internal Trade
of 11 February 1966
on the purchase of goods in internal trade by socialist organisations
The Minister of Internal Trade, in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and other participating central authorities, provides pursuant to § 1 of Act No. 160 / 1949 Coll., on Internal Trade:
(1) In sales of state trade, consumer and production cooperatives and other organisations (hereinafter referred to as "the shop"), socialist organisations may purchase goods if the amount of one purchase does not exceed 200 CZK for cash. If the purchase of goods exceeding 200 CZK is concerned, the Socialist organisation will submit a written order and pay it casually on the basis of an invoice. *)
(2) In wholesale warehouses, socialist organisations can buy goods only on written orders and purchase goods will be paid cashless on invoice. *)
Sales and wholesale warehouses may refuse to sell to socialist organisations, exceptionally, those kinds of goods which they need to satisfy the needs of the population.
The Order of Ministers of Internal Trade and Finance and the Chief Arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic No. 49 / 1962 Coll., on the purchase of goods in state and cooperative trade by socialist organisations, as amended by Decree No. 117 / 1962 Coll.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1966.

*) Note: In this case, the economic contract is concluded by the sale of a wholesale warehouse within the time limit for receipt of the order (Section 153 (2) (c) of the Economic Code).
